| Our Intertek Derby labs are embedded to a major engineering firm and the Chemistry lab requires a junior technician to work mainly in the fuel and oils area. The main tasks will consist of carrying out day to day analytical testing and general laboratory duties. Training will be given as necessary. The lab is a busy cheerful environment where working together is essential. Occasional out of hours or weekend working may be required. Experience and competencies ideally should include: * Technical or lab experience would be beneficial * Ability to follow procedures (after training) * A team player but also able to work unsupervised * Prepared to work to the high HS&E and quality standards required * Comfortable communicating with people at all levels In return you would be part of one of the world's fastest growing laboratory services organisations. |
