| DAS are looking to recruit a highly motivated, enthusiastic and sales driven business development manager to drive forward our business in the new build and construction industry. With 15,000 new build apartments in planning for development in 2008 there is huge opportunity in this sector. Your Duties will involve; 1) Develop a sales strategy to target new business and growth in this Department 2) Ensuring DAS are on the tender list for TV installations on all major developments 3) Building relationships with major house builders and Mechanical & Electrical contractors 4) Provide accurate and timely quotations to customers 5) Working closely with the e-Commerce manager to ensure our website is driving trade leads for your Department 6) Work closely with the Operations team to ensure successful quotations are delivered to expectations Essential to your success in this role you must demonstrate the following; 1) Ability to demonstrate a large network of contacts in the industry 2) A proven track record of selling products or services into the construction and M&E industry 3) Ability to work on your own or as part of a team Experience of the technical aspect of communal TV systems would be ideal but not mandatory. Specific training would be given for this role. This role will report directly into the Sales Director. |
